"Freakshow" is a 1989 Canadian horror anthology movie. After being ditched by her cameraman due to her manipulative behavior at a murder scene, a reporter - Shan (played by Audrey Landers) wanders through town looking for a telephone she may use. Shan finds a small museum, where its proprietor invites Shan in to have a look around before leaving. In one room, Shan encounters a strange jar which causes her to have strange visions; visions that draw from her own mind. These visions make up the rest of this four part horror anthology, which includes horror and suspense stories: 1) A junkie chasing a dog for his runaway fix. 2) A pizza delivery boy who gets a Halloween surprise. 3) A living but paralyzed drug overdose victim forced to undergo her own autopsy as everyone thinks she is dead. 4) A deal between a golf course owner and a gravedigger that has some unexpected consequences. AUDREY LANDERS FROM IMDB: Audrey Landers was born on 18 July 1956 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA; as Audrey Hamburg. Landers is an accomplished actor, singer, writer, director, composer, producer, and business woman. She majored in Psychology at Columbia University / Barnard College, and studied music theory at Juilliard School of Music. However, she is best known to fans all over the world for her memorable role as "Afton Cooper" for eight years in the iconic television series "Dallas."
