"This Movie Sucks!" was a Canadian television series hosted by Ed the Sock (voiced by Steven Joel Kerzner). It ran from 28 May 2010 till 20 November 2010; producing 15 episodes over 2 seasons. A third season was planned for 2011. The series won Best TV Show at "The 12th Annual Canadian Comedy Awards" in 2011. Steven Joel Kerzner was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada during 1970. He is an actor, writer & producer of television shows. He is best known for being the creator and voice behind Ed The Sock. Ed The Sock is a short sock, with a cigar hanging out of his mouth. He invites guests to watch bad science fiction and horror movies in his apartment or basement, where they make fun of these movies and also get up to some antics. Ed The Sock's first television appearance was as host of "Ed's Night Party" (later renamed Ed & Red's Night Party"), that ran from 1997-2006. During this time, Ed The Sock appeared in or hosted: History Bites (1998) Royal Canadian Air Farce (2000) Ed's Big Wham Bam (2000) Space Bar (2001) Fromage 2003 (2003) The Morgan Waters Show (2006) Between 2005-2008, Ed The Sock hosted "Ed's Nite In", where Ed and friends would screen movies and commented on how awful they were. Then in 2010 "This Movie Sucks!" was born with Ed The Sock as the horror host. Since then, Ed The Sock has appeared on XSNetwork (2013), and also has its own internet page, "Live From Canada it's Ed The Sock!" where Ed makes social commentaries.
