Bradley Beard is a horror host of another kind. Bradley does not host a horror movie show; but rather hosts "horror hosts" through his art work. On 1 October 2014, Bradley made a self imposed challenge - that for the next 31 days, he would post a new piece of Halloween Monster art every day until Halloween, but to add more to the challenge, 13 days prior to 31 October, Bradley would post a second piece of art work, making the total of 44 new pieces during October. You can't keep a good man down. Inspired by his spouse Carol to continue for a whole year, Bradley keep pumping out his art work every day; finishing with the horror monsters, he moved onto the Horror Hosts; creating hundreds of portraits of horror hosts during 2015. What added to the portraits was the profile Bradley provided, with facts, and back stories. So many hosts that were unknown to me. During this period, I provided Bradley with details of some hosts from Australia, New Zealand and the UK; which Bradley quickly produced great portraits. It cannot be underestimated just how important Bradley's portraits and profiles has been for keeping horror hosts alive in the minds of horror fans. Today I present Carol Beard, the beautiful lady who has stood firmly beside me for nearly 14 years. She has always believed in my abilities even at times when I wasn't sure if I believed in them myself. She supported my decision to go back to school at 46 years of age in order to achieve my art degree. It was her suggestion for me to create artwork daily for an entire year and it was she who helped me to make it through until the end. Today is Valentine's Day and I want her to know how much I appreciate her and love her. We all have her to thank for the artistic path that I am currently on.
