DR. SAN GUINARY'S CREATURE FEATURE |
"Dr. San Guinary's Creature Feature" is a hosted horror movie show with Christopher Palmer as Dr. San Guinary.
From the official web page:
Upholding the tradition of the original program and the multitude of charity work performed by John Jones, the current cast and crew participate in several charity events held throughout the year. Palmer is a volunteer blood drive coordinator for the American Red Cross with several San Guinary blood drives held each year. We also take part in clothing drives to benefit local homeless shelters and food drives for area food banks. We also make efforts to fulfill requests for appearances at other local charity events throughout the area. This allows our TV cast to meet with the public and allow our fan base to play an active role in serving the community. Several times a year, Doc and the gang leave the lab and hit the streets. They will host a movie night, hang out at a haunted house, catch a live band, go bowling, invade a car show, or maybe just grab a seat somewhere and responsibly enjoy a few adult beverages. You can join them! |
CAST
On 16 July 2016, Kerrie Waybright (Nurse Kerrie) announced on Facebook that she "will no longer be associated with Dr. San Guinary's Creature Feature. I encountered an incident of sexual harassment while interviewing a celebrity for the show at O Comic Con." Kerrie was with "Creature Feature" from its beginning in 2012 until 2016.

If you feel like giving blood, he’ll be happy to take it. Tonight I present Dr. San Guinary, host of Creature Feature on Fox 42 in Omaha, NE. Dr. San Guinary was originally portrayed by the late John Jones from 1971 to 1982. While researching information and collecting footage for a biography of John Jones in 2009, Christopher Palmer found himself reviving the role in 2010 with monthly Creature Feature movie screenings and charity events. In 2012, Creature Feature returned to television to the thrill of Omaha audiences. The Doc is joined by his sidekick Igor and a stable of beautiful nurses. The show airs the classic B-movies that we all know and love as well as new indie horror shorts and films. In the tradition of John Jones, Doc and his staff are active in the community supporting San Guinary Blood Drives for the American Red Cross, raising funds and goods for area homeless shelters, and supporting the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
"Nurse Kerrie" - biography (taken from Bradley Beard's Facebook page)
She once sold Dr. San Guinary's pants on eBay and conned him into buying them back for $25,001. Tonight I present Nurse Kerrie, Head Nurse on Dr. San Guinary's Creature Feature on Fox 42 in Omaha, NE. She's been a regular on the show since it began in 2012. Nurse Karrie may appear to be sweet and innocent but she's always scheming to put one over on the good Doc; usually involving his untimely demise, injury, or scam marriage. Although Dr. San Guinary is quite skeptical of her, he always seems to keep getting conned into her plans. Unbeknownst to the him, Nurse Kerrie utilizes his lab to host her own "Nurse Kerrie's Happy Horror Time". She is also known for her large collection of footwear and is often stalked on her Facebook page by creepy shoe fetishists, providing the Creature Feature staff with plenty of giggles.
