SONNY FERNANDEZ - "THE GHOUL"
"Down Twisted tales" was a hosted horror /science fiction short movie     show with Sonny Fernandez as the voice of "The Ghoul", who presents animated shorts on YouTube and on Amazon Prime.
The first episode was in 2015, with the last being in 2019. "The Ghoul" looks like "The CyptKeeper" from "Tales From The Crypt".
