Ed Muscare was in the entertainment industry from the 1950's until about 1987. He had started out in radio and then moved to television. Over this period, Muscare would host "41 Treehouse Lane" - a children's show and "Night Time Live" - a variety show. He would also host four different horror movie shows: "Mr. Mummy Movie Time" "Mr. Mummy Movie Time" was a horror movie show with Ed Muscare as Mr. Mummy Movie Time and Saturday All Night Live Creature Feature from The Professor on Vimeo. "Mr. Mummy" presenting movies on KCIT-TV channel 50, Kansas City Missouri. The show probably ran from 1969 until 1971. KCIT-TV broadcast from 29 October 1969, to 8 July 1971, failing due to financial difficulties. "Saturday All Night Live Creature Feature" "Saturday All Night Live Creature Feature" was a horror movie show with Ed Muscare as "The Creeper" presenting movies on KSHB-TV Channel 41 in Kansas City, Missouri. The show ran in the early 1970's. "The Creeper was also known as "Cousin Creeper". "All Night Live" "All Night Live" was a horror movie show with Ed Muscare as "Uncle Ed" hosting movies on KSHB-TV channel 41 in Kansas City, Missouri. The show ran between 1981 until 1985 from 10:00pm to about 1:00am on weeknights. Each night, Ed (along with his cat, "Caffeina") would host his way through a variety of sitcoms and westerns or episodes of "The Twilight Zone," and then play a movie. All Night Live hosted by Uncle Ed from The Professor on Vimeo. He started his show with the "All Night Live" creed and some jokes and banter, and then came back in around commercial breaks doing running bits or talking to characters (that he voiced) on his "bananaphone" (a plastic banana). The creed: "I promise every night at eleven, I will tune into "All Night Live", a faithful viewer I'll always be, I'm not handin' you no jive." "Friday Night at the Frights" "Friday Night at the Frights" was a horror movie show with Ed Muscare as "Edmus Scary" presenting movies on KNXV channel 15 on Phoenix, Arizona. Friday Night at the Frights hosted by Edmus Scary from The Professor on Vimeo. The show ran from 1986 until 1987. The show featured a variety of B class horror and science fiction movies. Sadly, Ed Muscare paased away on 9 January 2012.
