From Tucson Musicians Museum:
Alan Michaels started his career in Rhode Island as a radio newsman and a weekend television news reporter. He came out to Tucson in June of 1980 and started at 790 Mighty KCEE as a Radio Personality, then to COOL 92.9. He also tried his hand at country at Coyotee Country 92.9 FM, and then back with the Oldies at COOL 1450 hosting the Alan Michaels in the Morning show. He did it all without changing companies, which was quite a lucky accomplishment.

Along the way he worked at KGUN Channel 9 as a weekend weather person and hosted "Fright Night Theatre" on KTTU TV 18. Part of his hosting experience included numerous telethons for organizations. Other activities include being an active member of many board of directors in Tucson, as well as past President and Event Chairman for the annual Centurions Party, which benefits Carondelet Health Services and Hospitals.

Alan is also a former member and President of the "Rick Springfield Tucson Classics Golf and Tennis Event". His voice has been heard on several occasions as Master of Ceremonies and Auctioneer for hundreds of Tucson and Southern Arizona charity events, helping to raise millions of dollars.

There are no known clips from the show.
