SEBASTIAN CABOT



"Journey To Midnight" was a 1968 hosted USA horror/supernatural anthology television movie; hosted by Sebastian Cabot. There are no available clips from this tele-movie.

It consisted of two episodes from the UK/USA television series ""Journey to the Unknown" (1968) - "Poor Butterfly" (episode 1.6) and "The Indian Spirit Guide" (episode 1.11), as part of four made-for-television movies consisting of twinned episodes along with new segment introduction footage provided by actors Patrick McGoohan, Sebastian Cabot and Joan Crawford serving as hosts.
The other three telemovies are:

"Journey to Murder" (1971) - "Do Me a Favor and Kill Me" / "The Killing Bottle": Joan Crawford

Charles Sebastian Thomas Cabot was born on 6 July 1918 and passed away on 23 August 1977. Cabot was a British actor. He is best remembered as the gentleman's gentleman, Giles French, opposite Brian Keith's character, William "Uncle Bill" Davis, in the CBS-TV sitcom "Family Affair" (1966-1971). He was also known for playing the Wazir in the film "Kismet" (1955) and Dr. Carl Hyatt in the CBS-TV series "Checkmate" (1960-1962).

Cabot was also a voice performer in many Disney animated films. He made one of his first contributions in "The Sword in the Stone" (1963), as both the narrator and Lord Ector. Not long thereafter, he brought life to Bagheera in "The Jungle Book" (1967). His longest-standing role came through the Winnie the Pooh series, in which he narrated "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree" (1966), "Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day" (1968), "Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too" (1974), and "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" (1977).
