"Killer Shorts" (2009) and "Killer Shorts 2" (2010) are hosted horror movie anthologies, with Ricky Long as host "Count Balazar". The count is assisted in "Killer Shorts" by Misty Simmons-Poteet as "Elormie" and in "Killer Shorts 2" by Krista Noelle Segars as "Demona" and Josh Holloway as "Asmodeus". "Nocturnal Blood Drive" (2008) is a hosted horror television show embedded in the short horror film "Puncture" with Ricky Long as host "Count Balazar", assisted by "E-Gore", voiced by Matthew Turner. Stories in Killer Shorts: Killer Shorts: 1) "Puncture": Dale and Gwen are having a night at home, when a phone call changes everything. They find themselves in a dire situation and must contend with the evil in the darkness. 2) "The Last Rendezvous": Two couples, Rubin & Samantha and Wendell & Angela, when a scandal leads to an abandoned house, where a killer stalks and terrorizes the couples. 3) "Navstar": Various travelers rely on their G.P.S. system to direct them to their destinations, but instead are lead to the same mysterious place; where they must confront an evil that lurks and waits for fresh victims. Killer Shorts 2: 1) "The Killer's Meow": A group of friends decide to party in what they believe to be an old abandoned; where they encounter as crazy cat lady. 2) "The Last Rendezvous 2: Retribution": The story of Wendell and Samantha (continued from "Killer Shorts") encounter a masked killer who once again stalks and kills all around them. 3) "The Opportunist": Aden is struggling with kidney stones while trying to be somewhat sociable, when he meets Melinda. Spark fly, but will he be able to have the night of his life or will the kidney stones get in the way? RICKY LONG Ricky Long was born on 26 July 1956 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, USA. He was an actor and writer, known for "Brimstone" (2008), "God's Hostage" (2008), "Nocturnal Blood Drive" (2008), "Killer Shorts" (2009), "Killer Shorts 2" (2010), and "Cyclical Effect" (2012). He died on 29 March 2013 in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
