MILWAUKER TV HORROR HOSTS

RICHARD GOLEMBIEWSKI - "DICK NITELINGER"

Richard Golembiewski falls into a very unique catergory of horror host; as "Host of Hosts". Golembiewski did not host a horror movie show, but did host a web page dedicated to Green Bay, Madison and Milwaukee horror hosts, under the name of Dick Nitelinger. The site has detailed information on horror hosts from these areas, along with advertisements, photographs, audios, and episode lists. In addition, there are details and episode lists for the non-hosted horror movie shows.

Richard Golembiewski was the son of George Golembiewski and Bernadine Thomas, and had a brother Patrick. Golembiewski, engineer by profession, was an expert on Milwaukee's TV history. His detailed "Milwaukee Television History: The Analog Years," was the product of more than a decade of research, and was published in 2008.

Golembiewski worked the microphone at WMSE-FM (91.7) under the name Dick Nitelinger.

Golembiewski wrote for and appeared on "Dr. Destruction's Crimson Theatre". Also, in 2008, he was interviewed by Jim Peck on "I Remember".
