"Shock Theatre" was a hosted horror movie show with Freddie Catania as "Frederick the Ghoul", screening movies at 11:05pm on KOOL-TV Channel 10, Phoenix, Arizona between 21 February 1959 until least late 1962. Later in the series, the characters name changed to "Freddie the Ghoul". The show was initially a Friday nights, it would move to Saturday nights, sometimes Saturday afternoon, and sometimes both Saturday afternoon and Saturday night. The show screened movies from Universal's Shock package. Through its run, it was sometimes incorrectly listed in television guides as "Shock", "Shock!" or "The Late Late Show".

Prior to "Shock Theatre", "The Late Late Show" aired on KOOL-TV Channel 10 from 31 January 1959 until 14 February 1959.
