"Two Fat Ghouls" was a hosted horror movie show with Ray Tracy as "Scruffy McGhoul" and Victor Allen Tracy as "Chester Arthur Burnett" presenting movies on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at 10:00 pm on Comcast Public Access Channel 15, Westfield, Massachusetts; Saturday nights at 9:00pm and Sunday nights at 10:30pm Comcast Public Access Channel 15, Springfield / West Springfield, Massachusetts; from 18 October 2003. It is not clear when the show ceased, with the last reported screening being Halloween 2010 on NCTV. "The New Ghoul Review" was a hosted horror movie show with Victor Tracy as "Chester Woof" presenting movies on GCI public access TV in Palmer, Alaska from June 2008. Chester is portrayed by Victor Tracy, who suffered a debilitating fall off a roof which shattered the bones in his back and his legs in 2000. His show began in June 2009 after moving back to Alaska from Massachussetts, where he was formerly the co-host of Two Fat Ghouls with his cousin Ray Tracy. By 2014, Chester had already self-produced 84 2-hour episodes of his show while barely scraping by on his $1,100 a month disability check. The Anchorage Press refers to Chester as "a hairy, Palmer version of Elvira, Mistress of the Dark". Victor Tracy says that he was born at the peak of a full moon. He's Chester... the Lone Woof... Tonight I present Scruffy McGhoul, host of Two Fat Ghouls on Comcast Public Access Channel 15 in Westfield, MA. The show began on October 18, 2003 with a presentation of Beast from the Haunted Cave. Some public domain gems screened by this dastardly duo included The Screaming Skull, Frankenstein's Daughter, and the Manster, among others. Scruffy co-hosted the show with Chester Burnett the werewolf. Scruffy was played by Ray Tracy and Chester was played by Ray's cousin Victor Tracy. The pair did their own editing and blue screen effects. Victor even built the set for the show. The show featured skits, gag commercials, and monster guests. Their horror hosting pairing ended when Victor moved up north to become Alaska's first and only horror host, Chester Woof.
