"Kount Kracula's Review Showcase's Review Showcase" was a Canadian hosted genre review show with Tony (Tex) Watt as "Kount Kracula" and John Migliore as "Johnny Ghoulash". KOUNT KRACULA & JOHNNY GHOULASH The show ran from 2013 until maybe 2022. It was said to be a campy, gothic - comic book / graphic novel, movie, pop culture ephemera, review showcase, where the hosts were whacked-out, stoner-vampire types. During the series run, there were a variety of changing cast members including: Vivita - "End Credit Girl" Sophia The Cat Rachel Hopkins - "Trixie Treats" Andre Guantanamo - "Nigel (N.) Oscar Feratu" Ashley Watt - "Kraculette" TONY WATT From IMDB: Tony 'Tex' Watt is a Canadian multimedia artist (filmmaker, television horror-host, actor, singer, songwriter, recording artist, musician, former radio host and live stage performer. He is of Irish & Jewish descent and was born in Kingston, Jamaica. Watt generally likes to work within the genres of science fiction, fantasy and horror' He grew up mostly in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. He started out making cheesy late-night infomercials - and soon, like many movie directors, Watt saw the horror movie genre as a launching pad to go on to bigger and better things. In 2002, Watt founded the short-lived international "Twisted Sinema" Underground Movie Festival, after making his student film "Kracula" (2001). Through the festival he met the filmmakers from "Primal Films", who gave him acting roles in the horror b-movies: "Awakening" (2006) and "Reel Zombies" (2008). Through the "Twisted Sinema" show, Tony also met the Montreal based "Robomonkey Productions" filmmakers, who cast him in the cult-horror classic: "Sinners & Saints" (2004). In 2004, Watt won his first film-making award< "The New Jersey USA Film Project International's Greasefire Indiefest's Award" for excellence for "King Kaufman: The Passion of Lloyd" (2008) & "Dobby Dobson: An Interview with Jamaica's Music Ambassador" (2009). In 2009, Watt completed his first science fiction/horror/fantasy film "Frankenpimp" (2009), followed by "Vixen Highway 2006: It Came from Uranus!" (2010), "Acid Head: The Buzzard Nuts County Slaughter" (2011) & "Nosferatu vs. Father Pipecock & Sister Funk" (2015) In 2008 Watt released his debut rock & roll and Celtic influenced 10-song album: "TonyWatt.com Plugged". In 2013 Watt produced "Kount Kracula's Review Showcase", a campy, gothic, Toronto, Canada-based (comic-book/graphic novel/movie /pop-culture ephemera) review showcase series; featuring:horror-host Kount Kracula, with a cast of groovy ghoulies! In 2018, Watt (as Kount Kracula,) added Kid-Lit Author/Illustrator to his resume, with "What's Inside Your Gut, Shmut?: The Tragic First Tale of The World's Last Dumbosaurus!" JOHN MIGLIORE From IMDB: John Migliore is an actor who has always loved horror movies most of all. He began his blood-soaked career by appearing as a zombie in numerous films, including George A. Romero's "Survival of the Dead", and "Zombie Apocalypse: Redemption". He expanded his career with roles in a number of classic independent films such as "Return to Nuke 'Em High: Volume 1", and "Ouija Shark". John is also known for playing Johnny Ghoulash, the host of Partially Devoured Movies. Migliore also wrote a number of independent comic books. He created the Grad, who appeared regularly in Lethargic Comics. His writing credits include "Dinky on the Road", "Stargate: One Nation Under Ra", "Stygmata", "Webwitch", and many others.
