BEYOND TOMORROW |
"Beyond Tomorrow" (aka "Beyond This World"), was a science fiction anthology radio series. The show was developed by CBS and was meant to air in 1950, though it is unclear if the show was ever broadcast. An audition episode and three of the stories were transcribed to disk.
THE EPISODES:
The show used an announcer, with two names put forward as the possible announcer - John Campbell, Jr; but more likely to be Norman Rose; the announcer for the 1950's science fiction anthology radio series "Dimension X".
NORMAN ROSE
Norman Rose was born on 23 June 1917 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and passed away on 12 November 2004 in Upper Nyack, New York, USA.
Rose was an actor, film narrator and radio announcer, whose velvety baritone voice was often called "The Voice of Good" by his colleagues.
