"Doctor Xombie Presents" was a hosted horror preview show, with Roger Boyes as "Doctor Xombie" and Audrey Boyes as "Prey" the Vampire. The show first aired on YouTube on 7 June 2011, with the last show (episode 6) on 25 May 2013. "Doctor Xombie" has been uploading various videos to his YouTube site from 27 April 2007. From the official YouTube site: "Doctor Xombie is your host in a celebration of classic Saturday afternoon movies about monsters, mayhem, and madmen. He is the Florida based musician horror host for the monthly "Friday Night Frights" spook-show at the Zephyrhills Home Theatre and an industrial science fiction horror band that will make you tap your feet, eat your brains, and make you want to jump into the nearest black hole, time vortex, or other spacial anomaly". BOYES Roger L. Boyes is an actor, artist, author, musician, and science & horror geek. Roger is a life long fan of horror hosts and horrible old movies. As horror host "Doctor Xombie" he continues the tradition of keeping the horror hosting legacy alive. He lives in Florida, in a spooky looking old house complete with a haunted tree in the backyard. "Dr. Paul Bearer's Creature Feature" is his first book, with "Doctor Xombie And Fiends" is his first book of fiction. Planet X was his point of origin. Today I present Doctor Xombie, host of Doctor Xombie Presents which can be accessed via Youtube or www.doctorxombie.com. In 2013, The Doctor also hosted Doctor Xombie's Friday Night Fright, a live spookshow at the Zephyrhills Home Theatre in Zephyrhills, Florida, which featured a host of ghoulish fiends including Master Vyle, Dead Elvis, Fiendlicia, Spiderina, Scary Sid, Dawn of the Dead, Z, and Chauffeur. Doctor Xombie became stranded on Earth when his vortex ship crash landed on Earth. Humans are incapable of understanding his true origins; he exists on the fringes of time and space and at times seems imperceptible when gazed upon. He's come to our world to elevate humanity to the next level of horror. His hope is to one day return to his world but until that time, he relishes his work as gravedigger, hearse driver, cemetery caretaker, and of course... horror host.
