"Sam" Botek Jr. (5 February 1953 to 10 October 2020) was an American businessman, actor, television personality, producer and community organizer from Toledo, Ohio. He was born in Toledo to Ruth (Wiza) Eicher and Samuel Botek Sr. and attended Gesu School before graduating from St. Francis de Sales High School in 1971.
