From Wikipedia:
"MonsterVision" was a US variety series which aired on TNT from 29 June 1991 to 16 September 2000. The show underwent multiple changes throughout its run. Initially, the program (which acted as a marathon of older horror, science fiction, or fantasy films) revolved around a mysterious claymation-style moon character who was featured in the bumpers alongside a creepy-sounding disembodied voice, who served as the narrator for the show and its promotions. Additionally, the show was regularly paired alongside the series 100% Weird, which brought viewers even more bizarre films.

PENN & TELLER
Later, in June 1993, entertainment duo Penn & Teller guest-hosted MonsterVision marathons featuring mainly old B-Movies from the 1950s and 1960s. Then, on 31 July 1993, the narrator of the series became solely a voice-over announcer.

JOE BOB BRIGGS
From 28 June 1996, John Bloom as "Joe Bob Briggs" hosted the series. Joe Bob was also frequently visited by one of a succession of "mail girls", including Honey (Honey Michelle Gregory), Reno, Kat (Kathy Shower), Summer (Cheryl Bartel), and Rusty (Renner St. John), who not only served as attractive, comedic 'sidekicks,' but also brought Briggs fan letters, sometimes from actual prisoners. The last show aired on 8 July 2000.

He's got a red fingernail on his left hand and monster vision in his right eye. Tonight I present Penn Jillette, host of Monstervision on TNT, which he hosted with his equally famous partner Teller beginning in 1993. The famous duo began hosting Monstervision movie marathons in 1993, Joe Bob Briggs later took over as the regular host of the show in 1996. Their marathons are excellent examples of classic Penn & Teller. Never at a loss for words, Penn narrates the show while Teller tells no one. One of the movie marathons they hosted featured the controversial colorized versions of Merian C. Cooper's 1933 classic King Kong and Howard Hawk's 1951 classic The Thing From Another World. Their style of horror hosting was engaging and funny, leaving you wanting more. Penn & Teller have since gone on to become Las Vegas entertainment icons with their continuing magic act at the Rio Hotel.

"A simple television experiment gone completely berserk." Tonight I present Teller, host of Monstervision on TNT, which he hosted with his more vocal partner Penn Jillette beginning in 1993. Penn & Teller hosted Monstervision movie marathons for TNT, Joe Bob Briggs took over as regular host of the show in 1996. The team hosted four weekend specials during June 1993. The "Very Special Special Effects" marathon honored Ray Harryhausen by presenting 4 of his films. The "Best of the Outer Limits" marathon featured 9 classic episodes. The "Best of the Worst" marathon featured such "classics" as Night of the Lepus and Plan 9 From Outer Space. Finally, the "Monsterama" marathon featured 5 classic monster flicks including the colorized versions of King Kong and The Thing From Another World. Penn & Teller... they gave us Monstervision!

He's got a love as big as Texas for bad drive-in movies... and cold beer. Tonight I present Joe Bob Briggs, host of Joe Bob's Drive-In Theatre on The Movie Channel, which he hosted from 1986 to 1996. The show became the stations highest rated show and Briggs left only after TMC changed its format. Shortly after Drive-in Theatre, Briggs took over as host of Monstervision on TNT, which had previously been presented as specials hosted by Penn & Teller. Joe Bob hosted Monstervision from 1996 to 2000. John Bloom created Joe Bob's persona as a humorous outlet which allowed him to review exploitation and genre films. Bloom's career began as a writer for the Dallas Times Herald. He's written for numerous notable publications such as Playboy, Penthouse, The Rolling Stone, and National Lampoon; he's also written several books. So keep tabulating the breasts and body count when watching your drive-in movies, Joe Bob might like to know.
