"The Count Jackula Show" was an online comedy series with Jack Shen as "Count Jackula" The show is done in the style of television horror movie host shows, the kind you would find on your local UHF station late on Saturday nights. The Count looks at some of the worst, best and "gooder" movies horror has to offer. "Count Jackula" is from the planet Dracula. The show ran between 2015 until 2017. Portrait of "Count Jackula" by Dave Dunlap. JACK SHEN Jack Shen is the primary writer, director and producer at Planet Drakula Productions which creates internet videos for both YouTube and Blip.tv. Shen has written, filmed, and edited over 25 videos ranging from 5 to 45 minutes in length. Shen's greatest accomplishments have been "The Count Jackula Show", which is a comedic review of horror films, and "Friday Night Fright Flicks", which is more sketch comedy and narrative based.
