Founded in 2017, "The Losers' Club" is an award winning weekly series that chronologically digs through the work of Stephen King with humor, irreverence, and a critical eye. Each episode, the Losers gather together to read between the iconic pages and share the latest in King's Dominion, whether it's the author's oft-controversial tweets, the boldest Hollywood headlines, or his endless forthcoming projects. The series also regularly features special guests. In the past, the Losers have spoken to Mike Flanagan, Thomas Jane, Tananarive Due, Chapo Trap House, Owen Teague, Mick Garris, Mary Lambert, Jerry O'Connell, Wil Wheaton, Joe Bob Briggs, and even King himself. DAN PFLEEGOR Dan Pfleegor who is based in Chicago, Illinois, USA, is currently a partner at Consequence of Sound. JENN ADAMS Jenn is a writer and podcaster from Nashville, Tennessee, USA. She co-hosts "The Loser's Club" a Stephen King podcast taking frequent deep dives into the work and adaptations of her favorite author, "The Lady Killers" a feminine rage podcast showcasing female villains in the horror genre, "The Murder Made Fiction Podcast" exploring the horrifying world of true crime adaptations, and "The Girls On the Boys", a podcast dedicated to analyzing the Amazon Prime series "The Boys" and masculinity in the action/horror genre. Jenn is a contributor and columnist for "Bloody Disgusting", "Dread Central", and "Rue Morgue Magazine". She is the creator and author of the "Strong Female Antagonist" blog and will gladly talk your ear off about final girls, feminism, and Stephen King. JULIA MARCHESE Julia Marchese is a filmmaker, actor, writer, podcaster, host, film programmer and cinephile. Star of both stage and screen, Julia has performed in many plays & films, including Full Moon’s "Delta Delta Die", Joe Dante's "Burying the Ex" and the upcoming films "There's a Zombie Outside", "Grind" and Troma's "Positive Power of Murder", directed by Lloyd Kaufman. Julia programmed films & hosted dozens of Q&A's at the New Beverly Cinema, and in 2016 released her first film, "Out of Print", a documentary about the importance of revival cinema & 35mm to culture. The film has played all over the world & the 35mm print of the film is now housed at The Academy Film Archives and available to stream on many platforms. She recently adapted Stephen King's short story "I Know What You Need" into an award winning film, which was shot on location at the University of Maine, and played in many festivals, including San Diego Comic Con 2024 and the inaugural KingCon in Las Vegas. You can watch the film on Arrow's Player Streaming Service. She is also a host on three popular podcasts; "Horror Movie Survival Guide", "The Loser's Club" & "JodoWOWsky". JUSTIN GERBER Co-host of "The Losers' Club", a Stephen King podcast, "Halloweenies: A Horror Franchise Podcast" & "Radioheadz". MCKENZIE GERBER McKenzie Gerber is a artist based in Chicago, Illinois, USA; and is known for his work as a podcast host, musician, & actor. McKenzie co-created "The Losers' Club", a Stephen King podcast. With an intense passion for horror, McKenzie & fellow co-creators Justin, Mike, & Dan created "Halloweenies: A Horror Franchise Podcast", a Michael Myers podcast. Originally intended to only cover the "Halloween" franchise, "Halloweenies: A Horror Franchise Podcast", has now turned its sights to "A Nightmare on Elm Street", and beyond. MICHAEL ROFFMAN Michael Roffman lives in South Pasadena. He is the director of Sales at Bloody Disgusting and the executive producer of award-winning podcasts "The Losers' Club", a Stephen King podcast and "Halloweenies: A Horror Franchise Podcast". A co-founder of Consequence of Sound, he has also written for a number of publications, including The AV Club and Time. Loves the pop, hates the discourse. RACHEL REEVES Rachel is a freelance film journalist, podcaster, and vinyl enthusiast passionate about film scores and horror films. When not writing about music or horror, Rachel co-hosts "The Losers' Club", a Stephen King podcast and "Halloweenies: A Horror Franchise Podcast". She is also a huge Charles Bronson fan. RANDALL COLBURN Randall is an award winning copywriter, editor, podcaster, interviewer, and journalist with over 15 years of experience. He is also a certified Nutrition Coach via the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His work has been published in outlets like The Ringer, The Guardian, The Outline, Consequence, and more, and he was on staff at legacy publications like Entertainment Weekly and The A.V. Club. As a copywriter and editor, Randall produced a little bit of everything: commerce content, marketing copy, blog posts, emails, on-page SEO, paid search, and social, not to mention grants, research reports, and educational materials. He also hosted an iTunes charting podcast since 2017 and have had plays produced across the USA and UK. Randall has worked in a number of different industries, including e-commerce, pop culture, fitness, and education.
