"It's The Great Grumplin's Show" is a hosted short film show with Michael C. Laney as the voice of "The Great Grumplin'" from 2016 in the USA state of Florida. In his debut special "The Great Grumplin'" tackles the subject of Halloween Safety with a series of shorts that not only includes general Halloween Safety but that Sid Davis "classic" Roscoe's Rules.
